Nam Sap-Pa-Ros Mint
Frozen Pineapple/Mint Drinks

Ingredients
 
Pineapple juice
Fresh mint
1 litre
30 leaves
 
 
 
 
Preparation:
 
1. Freeze pineapple juice for an hour until almost frozen.

2. In a blender, blend fresh mint with a little water to obtain juice. Drain and remove mint leaves.

3. Blend pineapple and mint juice.

4. Fill glass with ice and pour over the mixture of pineapple and mint juice.
 
 
Note
 
Try blending pineapple juice and mint leaves together. Specks of mint leaves throughout the juice will give extra flavour.
